- Then add oil,and mix again then gradually add water to form a soft dough(i think the water was 1 cup,i forgot de)
- When the dough is formed allow it to rest for 3mins,then dust working surface with flour,and roll flat as shown
- Then use pizza cutter and cut to ur desired strips shapes
- Meanwhile heat up oil in a pan,when hot,then dip fry your crackers till lightly golden brown and crisp
- Serve with any dipping of ur choice,for mine i use ketchup+mayo+little shawarma sauce and thousand island dressing,mixed them all and i enjoyed them.
