  2. Make ready 1 clove garlic

  8. Get 5 prawns ,blanched

Instructions to make Thai Style Fruit Salad:
  1. Chop ,dice ,fruits you have ,this may including some carrots,some tomato,some beans,some corn,grapes,kiwi etc.
  2. By pestel and mortar ,first crush chili and garlic ,i add in 6 chili you can reduce to 2 if you dont like spicy
  3. Add palm sugar ,fish sauce,lime juice ,grind to mix
  4. Add mix fruits and cooked prawns ,mix softly by spoon,serve as lite salad :)
