  3. Add chopped potatoes and carrots in the pan fry untill it gets half cooked.
  4. Then add sugar, turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder.
  5. Add rest of the veggies and fry till they turn soft.
  6. Cut the bread into small pieces, and then add the bread pieces into the pan of fried veggies.
  7. Toss it for a minute or two.
  8. Then add lemon juice.
  9. And bread palau is ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
