- Boil amla in pressure cooker with one cup of water..
- After first whistle turn off the flame..
- Heat clarified butter in a pan..
- Add onion seeds,cumin seeds and fennel seeds..
- Remove the seeds of the amla.
- Now add amla pieces and jaggery and mix well.
- Stir continuously until jaggery dissolves.
- Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and black salt and mix well.
- Turn off the flame.
