- Then add turmeric powder, coriander & cumin powder, red chili powder & 2tbsp of water. And curry leaves. Cook till the tomatoes became soft.
- Now add mustard paste. High the flame. And don't cook it for more than 1min. Otherwise it will became sour in taste. Add 1cup of water after that. And that beaten curd. Keep stirring otherwise the curd will cuddle.
- When a boil comes to the grave add 1cup of water more & add those fried potatoes.
- Add fish fries, 15mins after adding potatoes. Now add salt to taste & bring it to boil. It depends upon you how much gravy you want.
- After that add chopped coriander leaves & garam masala. So, it's done.
- Serve it with hot steam rice & chapattis.
