It’ll overflow really quick if you don’t take it off soon enough. Let it boil then pull it off.
  2. Beat your egg whites to a soft peak and temper them with a little of the hot custard, then pour them into the pot and whisk well.
  3. Ladle some Into a cup and enjoy! Spike it with rumchata if you’re feeling frisky!!
