The ingredients needed to make Classic Cheese Custard:
  1. Take 8 oz Cream Cheese
  2. Take 1 can Evaporated Milk
  3. Prepare 1 can Condensed Milk
  4. Make ready 5 Eggs
  5. Get 1 tbsp Vanilla
  6. Make ready 1 cup Sugar (for the caramel)
Instructions to make Classic Cheese Custard:
  1. Preheat oven 350°F
  2. Make the caramel by cooking the sugar in a med temperature until it gets golden brown (not too brown) and put the caramel in a 9" mold. If the sugar is too thick and won't melt easily, add a teaspoon of water to help the sugar to cook.
  3. In a blender, add the evaporated milk and the condensed milk and blend them. Later, add the cheese and the vanilla until the mixture looks even.
  4. Add the 5 eggs and continue blending until the mixture looks even. You can taste it to determine the sweetness. If you like the custard more sweet, add another teaspoon of vanilla.
  5. Pour the mixture in the mold and cook for 45 mins in 350°F using the Bain-Marie technique (Put the mold in another bigger mold that its filled with water)
  6. Cool for 4 hours - Enjoy!!!! 😊
