Steps to make Fruit cake:
  1. Pour dried mixed fruit into a bowl then pour over brandy/rum. Allow to soak for at least 6 hours.

  6. Spoon batter into pan and bake until cake is done (when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean)
