- Dry roast the Dal in pan.
- Chop the beans into slices. Cut the papaya into cubes. Put the chopped veggies in the pressure cooker. Add the Dal after washing throughly. Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder and salt to taste. Cook for 1 whistle. Let the Dal in cooker for few minutes more after the whistle.
- Put ghee in pan. Temper the ghee with Paanchphoron.
- Put the Dal in pan. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder in the same. Cook for few minutes and then finish cooking. Serve with hot rice or roti.
