- Grind the sweet corn seeds in a dry mixie jar. Separate the milk from the seed pulp by using a muslin cloth or strainer.
- Transfer it into a saucepan and boil it over low to medium flame for 5 minutes or until the raw smell subsides.
- In the meanwhile, take a bowl. Add rice flour. Now pour little by little water and mix well so that no lumps are formed.
- Add the above mix, sugar powder to the boiling corn milk.Stir well and allow it to cook for 3 minutes to 4 minutes over a low flame.
- Then switch off the flame. Keep it aside to attain room temperature.
- Once it is cool, add slices of fruits,dry fruits as per your taste.
- Tastes good when serve chilled.
- Note : To attain thick consistency, you can add more amount of rice flour and water mix.
