- Get finely chopped garlic

Instructions to make Garlic Chutney:
- First of all chop garlic very finely. You can even use a chilli cutter whereby you will get finely chopped garlic very easily. Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it and saute it until fragrant. Now add hing and curry leaves to it. Add chopped garlic and mix it well.
- Cook garlic on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until oil separates from it. Now add cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt to it and mix it very well. Add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
- When it cools down, take it out in a bowl or you can even store it in the fridge for many days in an airtight container.
- Garlic chutney can be served as a side dish with a main meal or it can be even served with some savoury dishes. You can even apply some garlic chutney on a slice of bread and then roast eat with butter in a pan which makes a very delicious snack.
