  1. Take 500 gm Milk
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  3. Get 2 tbsp Custard powder
  4. Prepare as per taste Sugar
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Sabja Seeds
  6. Make ready As needed Fruits (Apple, Bananas, Grapes etc.)
  7. Make ready 8-10 Soaked Almonds
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Gulukand
Steps to make Vermicelli Fruit Custard:
  1. And a pan add ghee and vermicelli and fry lightly on low flame until it becomes golden brown.After frying remove it in a bowl.
  2. In a pan add milk for boiling. When it starts boiling add fried vermicelli and sugar in it. Cook until it get thick.
  3. In a small bowl add half cup milk and 2tbsp custard powder.
  4. Mix it well ; no lumps should be there - Then add custard slurry in vermicelli milk. Cook it for 2-3mins. Turn off flame after 2-3 mins.
  5. Keep Vermicelli custard in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Add sabja seeds in water.
  7. After 2 hours remove it out from refrigerator. - Take serving bowl and add 1tbsp sabja seeds above that 4 spoon Vermicelli Custard. Then fruits, Almonds and gulukand. I made two layers like this.
  8. Garnish it with Apple.
