- Over medium low heat simmer 30 minutes
- Remove turkey liver & discard
- Simmer 2&1/2 more hours
- Remove giblets &discard &neck
- Strain into pain removing all vegetables
- When turkey is done, pour drippings into pan not fat.
- Whisk in flour,and milk til smooth into stock.
- Simmer til done & consistency is desired.
