- Now take one ball of dough..spread it on surface,add mozarella cheese mixture to it..roll it in ball shape again spread on the surface spread slowly with hands and make kulcha then add coriander mixture and slowly press it..keep ready all the dough in same form
- Brush up the kulchas with melted butter and keep in oven on 180 degree to 20 to 25 mins..ready to serve..
