- Get 1 cup chenna dal
- Take 3-4 Boiled colacasia
- Take 2 green chillies
- Get leaves Few curry
- Get leaves some coriander
- Take 1 inch Ginger

Steps to make Colacasia Vada:
- Soak chenna Dal for 8 hours.
- Grind the chenna Dal to form thick paste.
- Boil the colacasia in pressure cooker upto 2 whistles
- Peel off the skin from colasia and make into paste
- Slice 1 onion, pinch of ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies.
- Mix everything together and add salt to taste.
- Put a pan on the stove, pour oil onto it, once the oil heats keep it in medium flame, take the above chenna dal paste, shape into vada, pour into oil, flip 2 sides, fry until it becomes brown.
- Once it becomes brown take into plate, garnish with raw onion, coriander leaves and serve hot.
