  4. Add the butter and flour cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add the milk
  6. Let it thicken
  7. Add pastry dough to 7 muffin holes sprayed with nonstick spray. Fill the dough with cornedbeef hash.
  8. Cap with extra dough. Bake till almost browned.
  9. Beat the egg with the water then brush the tops and put back into oven till egg wash on tops are done.
