Once it half cook add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, roast it for 2 minutes in low flame. Then add tamarind water and also add water according to taste, boil it for up to 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add coriander leaves and turn off the stove and serve hot with rice /roti pinch of turmeric
