  4. Add the reserved pasta cooking water and simmer for 1 minute. Then add the boiled pasta, salt & pepper, and soy sauce. Stir all the ingredients until it’s completely blended.
  5. If you like spicy food, add 1 piece of dried red chill at Step 3.
