The ingredients needed to make Garlic Naan:
- Get 2 cups Flour/Maida
- Get 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Take 1/4 tsp Baking soda

- Prepare 1 tsp Oil
Instructions to make Garlic Naan:
- In a bowl take the Flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, oil, yogurt and mix everything well. Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.
- Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 2 hours. After 2 hours knead the dough again to a smooth texture.
- Cut them into small portions and roll into oval shape.
- Heat a tawa and splash it with some water or apply some water on one side of the naan and place that side on tawa, so that it gets stick to it.
- Now keep the flame to low, slowly tilt the tawa and cook the naan until it gets nice little brown spots on it.
- Now take it out and apply a mixture of butter, chopped coriander leaves and crushed garlic. Brush over it nicely and serve hot with your favourite gravy.
- Notes : You can take a mix of flour and whole wheat flour if wish. You can also make it using dry yeast.
