- Prepare 2 cup Soaked green moong
- Take 1/4 cup Soaked urad dal
- Take 1 tsp ginger
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Get 3 tbsp grated coconut
- Prepare 3 tbsp grated carrot
- Prepare 4 shallots copped finely
- Get 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped

- Soak moong and head dal overnight.
- Reserve the soaked water and grind both the dal with cumin and coconut. Use soaked water for grinding.
- Grind till dosa batter consistency.
- This dosa do not fermentation
- Heat the dosa pan and put 2 ladle of batter.. spread carrot, onion and coriander leaves before it cooks.
- Once it is done.. flip to the other side.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
