  1. Make ready soaked chick pea
  2. Prepare garlic
  3. Make ready cumin seeds

  8. Make ready soda powder
  9. Make ready Oil for deep frying
  10. Take Salt
Instructions to make Homemade Falafel:
  1. Soak chickpeas overnight in water. - Next morning, drain the water and in a grinder add chickpea, chopped onion, chopped garlic,cumin seed, chopped coriander leaves grind it into coarse paste.
  2. Take it out in a bowl.Add salt, soda and 1 tsp rice flour.(It's optional).. Mix very well. Make falafel balls out of the dough.
  3. Heat oil.. When oil is hot fry these falafel till golden brown in colour on low to medium flame..
  4. Serve hot falafel with hummus.
