After the dough must have risen.deflate cut into moderate sizes.use ur Rolling pin to roll each of them.add in ur filling,cover and cut the excess dough mould it into round shape.Arrange on a tray allw to rise again.dip the balls in egg, then you dip in ur seasoned breadcrumbs and finally you fry.
