Instructions to make Gheeyar:
  1. Add little water in yogurt and blend to make smooth paste. Put flour in pot and yogurt paste,lemon juice, mix well and make smooth batter. Add little water if needed.cover and keep at warm place for about 20 hrs. In another pot add sugar, cardemom seeds little saffron and water boil and make 2/2 thread consistency syrup remove from heat keep aside.
  2. Heat shallow frying pan half filled with oil over medium heat.mix orange colour in batter. Fill batter in a container with whole in it. Pour in hot oil by moving hand swiftly in circle to give the shape of spin wheel. Turn it over to fry the other side take it out.soak well in a cool syrup and serve
