  1. Bring a large pan of salted water up to the boil and add the broad beans. Cook for a few minutes and then lift out the broad beans when tender.
  2. Bring the water back up to the boil and add the pasta.

  4. Drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water. Use the same pan to heat the oil and melt the cheese, add a little of the water to make a sauce. Stir through the pasta, lemon zest and beans.
  5. Season to taste and serve straight away topped with the grated Parmesan. Perfect with a rocket salad!
