Instructions to make Chicken Ginger:
  1. Hot the oil and then add zeera and chopped onion then use bhoon lein and add chopped tomato into it.
  2. Then add chicken and all spices into it and cover with the lid and cook it for few mins then add 1 ginger of Julian size into it.
  3. Then cook it until won bhoone Pe ae and then add garam masala, methi, hara dhania, spices. And cook it for some time.
  4. Zaeqedar Chicken Ginger tayyar…… Decorate with ginger, hara dhania and green chilli.
  5. Serve with raita and naan
