  4. After half hour, add the vegetables mentioned in above steps into the mixture
  5. Bring oil to heat in a wok.
  6. In hot oil, using a spoon, toss the mixture. Keep them medium sized
  7. Fry the fritters till they are golden brown
  8. Dish them out on a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb excess oil
  9. Serve hot with a ketchup dip
