  1. Take bowl mix all ingredients of Dough and make smooth dough with the help of water.Rest it for 30 mins.
  2. Take bowl. Mix all ingredients of stuffing except ghee. Mix it gently.
  3. Now take dough. Knead it again.Take a ball and flatten it. Dust it with the flour and roll it. Spread the stuffing in center. Roll it into a circle shape. Roll it to a thin roti or to desired thickeness. Roll dough slightly thick.
  4. Roast the paratha on the heated flat pan. Flip it on the other side and apply ghee. Roast it on both the sides till golden spots appear. Similary make the other parathas. - The Flax parathas is ready to serve.
  5. Serve Flax paratha with chutney, curd and pickel.
