  2. Make ready buttermilk

Instructions to make Curd Sabudana:
  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan add sabudana and roast for 2 to 3 minutes add buttermilk and keep a side for 1 to 2 hour
  2. When sabudana soaked well add crushed peanut salt red chilli powder and mix well
  3. Now prepare tempering heat ghee or oil in pan then add cummin green chilli curry leaves.
  4. Mix this tempering with sabudana now add curd and finely chopped coriander leaves
  5. Mix well and serve.
