- In another side,boil oil in the small pan add jeera, mustard seeds, dry red chilli,black pepper, ajwan, fry for a minute add curry leaves turn off the heat.
- Spread fried masala,toasted peanuts to the curd rice.
- It's ready to serve.
Cool the rice then add curds and mix well. Pour the seasoning onto the rice and curd mixture.
