- Prepare milk
- Take ripe mangoes
- Prepare thick curd
- Make ready Misri or khand powder according

- Firstly all you need is gathered.
- Then cut mangoes in pieces and blend it with curd.
- Heat milk upto a boil then simmer for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame.
- And now let the milk come to a hand bearable temperature. Then add mango and curd mixture, mix well and pour it in the pots where you will set curd.
- Cover the pots and keep it in warm, not so airy space for at least 8 hours to set the curd.
- After 8 hours when curd is set keep it in fridge for 3 hours and then serve the cold mango curd.
